ABOUT
HEARTS 2 LUV...
The Hearts 2 Luv foundation was formed
to assist the needs, hopes and healing of all women battling the
illness of heart disease. We are here to help in every area of
women's lives by showing love. Funds raised through Hearts 2 Luv
support research, community service and public and professional
education programs in an effort to bring awareness and support
initiatives for creating healthier lifestyles.
OUR PURPOSE: To educate women about
heart disease, the #1 killer among women, and provide both spiritual
and financial support systems.
OUR VISION: To change lives in our
community, state and the world.
OUR PRAYER: To remove all barriers
through prayer, faith and love.
THE VISION AND THE VISIONARY...
“In the last days, God says, I
will pour out my Spirit on all people. Your sons and daughters will
prophesy, your young men will see visions, your old men will dream
dreams.” (Acts 2:17)
God gives us
dreams, visions, hopes and aspirations. Why? To make a difference
in the lives of others and the world around us. This vision came to
me to form a committee and to start a foundation called Hearts 2 Luv.
This would allow me the opportunity to give back to our community.
This vision continues to grow. God has put in place a wonderful
group of women that continue to help bring this vision to pass. For
we know that when two sisters in Christ come together in love, what
leaves the heart reaches the heart!
